What are your office hours?
We are located in the Netherlands so our office ours are from 9.00 till 17.00 hours Central European Time.


Can I come and get my order?
We do not have a brick and mortar store where you can pick up your order. All orders will be shipped via our courier service to your delivery address.


When can I expect my order?

Delivery times vary for each country. Below an overview of the estimates, please not that we cannot influence lead times set by our transporters.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Can I also pay after I have received my order?
No we only accept prepayment.

Can I get a discount if I buy more?
Please contact us if you wish to order a larger amount for more information and special offers.

 

I want to cancel my order, how can I do that?
Please send an email with your order number and contact details and we will make sure the order is cancelled and your prepayment will be refunded.

 

I want to return my order, how can I do that?
Orders can be returned within 14 days after you have received the order if the bottle is closed. Please contact us for a return number and details on how to return the bottle(s). If we have received your returns and everything is in order we will invoice a credit note. Please note that postage costs for returning the bottle are for the buyer.
